Russell's Western Wear offers Free Shipping on any Orders $74.95 or more for products purchased and shipped within the continental 48 states. All free shipping purchases, ship via UPS Ground. Free returns are valid for all customers within 90 days of purchase. To process a return, please complete this returns form and email a copy to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Russell's Western Wear makes every effort to get orders shipped as quickly as possible. Items that are in stock in our warehouse usually take a business day to process/package and another business day to be picked up by UPS. Orders with express shipping also require a business day to process and package for shipping. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer may take an additional business day to process. We make every effort to provide you with your order as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee delivery times.
Russell's Western Wear offers a flat $15 shipping rate on any order shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Alaska or Hawaii shipments are sent via the United States Post Office's Parcel Select service. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Russell’s Western Wear has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
Russell's Western Wear offers free return shipping and will gladly accept your returns for exchange, refund or credit within 90 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). Credits are provided on merchandise only; no shipping charges are refunded unless the product received is defective. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
How to Ship Your Return or Exchange
Please complete and indicate the reason for your return on this PDF returns form. To return or exchange your purchase, please contact customer service for a free return shipping label, wrap the package securely, and include your original Russell's invoice you received with the shipment.
Russell's processes returns within 3 business days of when the returned product is received by our Returns Department (see below for address). When the return is processed, the customer is immediately credited. Please be aware that some financial institutions are slow to report the refund on your credit or debit card.

Returning to a Store
Russell's stores accept returns for purchases placed online; however, you must take a printed copy of your order to the store with your merchandise. Requests for product exchanges are completed immediately in store. Returns seeking a refund are accepted in store, but refund processing is completed by Russell's Customer Service Department and may take up to 4 weeks.
